Born and raised in Joliet, IL, with family roots in rural Elwood, IL, Mr. Bale graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1959. Henry, who is the 3rd generation in the insurance industry, worked in his father’s agency in Joliet prior to purchasing his first insurance agency in Wilmington in 1961. The sale of Real Estate followed. Henry’s wife Diane is the Agency’s customer service representative. They live in and raised their two children in Wilmington. Henry has been active in the Rotary club since the early 1970’s having served various offices including as president in 1976. Mr. Bale has also served as a board officer of the Will County Board of Realtors as well as on the multi-listing committee for several year’s. |
